I Love Ice Cream Event @ Clarke Quay This Weekend

When: 19th and 20th November
What To Eat: It’s a no-brainer that ice cream will be served at the event. But get this, 20 homegrown ice cream brands will be present to showcase their sweet and savoury flavours, including soy-based ice creams, organic vegan ice creams and the first-ever Halal ice cream.
I Love Ice Cream! is an event for the young and young at heart. Taking place at Clarke Quay Central Court, guests will be treated to made-in-Singapore flavours (Chocolate Guinness, Bandung with Atap Chee, D24 Durian, among others), live performances by local bands and many exciting contests.
There will also be a food pairing competition where a panel of judges, led by local food guru, KF Seetoh, will be giving their take on which local ice cream flavour goes well with which local cuisine.
“We wanted to create an event for Singaporeans, by Singaporeans and that’s how we arrived at I love ice cream! The first local ice cream bash,” says Anisha Bhagchandani, UP BrandBuzz, the organisers of the event.

of course not, ice cream don't contain meat or with very little alcoholThe one in the above event is referring to this Olivye Cafe Gelato. Their cafe serve food with meat products so they got it "halal-ed" Including the ice cream.
