  Where is the best place to eat chicken rice in singapore? also what else should i try for the local foods?

  personally, and a hainanese myself, i like Thien Kee @ Golden Mile.....though known for steamboat....their chicken rice is authentic hainanese style...

  I had yet con for dinner today. The rice is farked, but the chicken, and the steamboat are the primary items. The chicken served there is an acquired taste.

  chicken rice is everywhere, until i sick of it.

  best chicken rice.... *drum roll* is @east coast park, the shopping mall, second floor, mr chicken rice ( i think thats the name)

  There is a Malaysian Food Street at Resorts World next to the Universal Studios that sells the chicken rice balls which is famous in Malacca. I think it cost $28 per bird and it has that yellow Kampong chicken appearance and tasted good as well.
