  I love Taro Bubble Milk Tea and want to make my own one now

  I looked almost everywhere in Singapore to buy Taro Powder

  Does anybody know a place a shop in Singapore where i can buy Taro Powder?

  I checked the online page from phoon huat they didnt sell it

  the websai oni show a few things. but phoon huat sells many many many things. 

  u can try to call the outlets and ask
