  Can this bread be found in our local bakery? Curious, what's the stuffings inside

  Had this in food court before.   It is a Tainan food.

  There's a Taiwanese restaurant at J-Cube selling coffin bread. I ate it there but I understand from my friend that local coffin bread is "too bready" and not crispy enough. She ate it in Taiwan which was more crispy. The ingredients inside are mainly seafood, it tastes like seafood salad. It's fun when ordering " Can I have a 棺æ��æ�¿".

  The elderly will frown and say 好���，�棺��。Don't ever ask the elderly "Do you wish to have a 棺��", they are very sensitive even though it's just a dish. Just share with you my experience ha ha...

  Not available any more.   Hardly can find it in Singapore now.

  The taste is good and acceptable to singaporeans.

  .....don't sound authentic over here, save some money and go Taiwan eat the real thing. Meanwhile, just settle for our roti peng with kaya butter
