whr to find nice and cheap dim sum?

At desker road there got one dim sum shop got Swee Choon not bad..

wow..dim sum..hmm..anyone noe where got sell nice..juicy..tender..fresh..smooth har gao (prawn dumpling)? i've tried lots of places..all either prawn too small..not in full..not fresh..the skin of the dumpling too thick..starchy..too dry..not enough flavour in it..well..overall..i think cystal jade's dumpling not bad..especially in the morning..but..kinda ex..every basket..there's 3 dumplings..it cost $4.80++ per basket..
the geylang..taste not tt good..prawn small..dry..den ex too..tt time ate wif my frenz..3 of us..a few basket of normal dim sum..plus beef hor fan..add up to $50.00++..ex sia..excluded the drinks leh..geylang got so many stalls..the stall i mentioned is the toilet below one.. -
there is one at the Marine Parade hawker center. The tim sum is vy nice and the price is affordable. juz tat its a little bit hot there.

personally, i havent eaten dimsum as good as what i had back in HK... there the har gaoz & the siew maiz are really superb.... fresh, juicy and the prawns found in the har gaoz are really large... bigger than most here in SG

the last time i had dim sum was 3 years ago at royal china in london....

S11 at Ang Mo Kio central also has a dim sum stall....not bad lah...normal price $2 per "long" loh...

Orient Ocean Restaurant at Miramar Hotel got tim sum vy cheap & nice. At $10.80++ ( Mon to Fri) $13.80++(Sat & Sun).
Eat till u drop. got different types of promo, some set meal(tim sum) only $6.80++ per pax. -
i try not to eat dim sum.. some places use so much MSG that i get headaches.. i think i'm slightly allergic to MSG...
but i thought Bugis got one conveyor belt dim sum place.. how is it? -

hmmz.. there is one.. in tampines i think st 81.. but confirm its at blk 820 but hor the opening hrs very weird one but the dim sum very nice!!!

A kopiotiam along Upper Thomson Road. The row of shophouses has also... Sweet Secrets, 7-11, Bake Shop, Prata Shop... opposite Thomson Plaza.
It's not cheaper than usual, but it is handmade and tastes different from the usual mass produced ones. -
