  I've eaten Viet fried lotus seeds but I think Thai fried lotus seeds is better .Thai lotus seeds crunchy ,bigger and smells better than Viet lotus seeds.Anwy,everyone's taste buds respond differently .

  my aunt recently gave me the viet type - i love it; used them as salad topping. never tried the thai ones yet
