  Tarts and other pastries are always in trend in Singapore, which is why there are so many pastry shops we can find almost anywhere in the city. :)

  Shiok !  I have eaten most of them and all taste good to me. 

  I am interested to get into the action ..... and will try to create my own unique healthy tarts and bread loaf inclduing gluten-free versions too. Setting up my test kitchen to get started soon.

  Hope I can be part of the new generation of  hawker fare  that are healthier and affordable to the working class.Yes la, hoping to BMOB one day soon.

  supposedly the cheese tart craze died down a few months ago until another japanese chain came over a few weeks ago? st says first outlet at wisma atria.
