imo triple 3 is better value for money
the buffet cuisine ranges from japanese sashimi to fresh lobster and extends to oysters and korean food.
Western delights include roast beef and ham and a large variety of bagels and bread
i do not recommend local cuisine but u can try ur luck...

then they have a lovely dessert menu which covers pastry and fresh fruits...well worth the $$$ u pay
Top of the M is an a la carte menu serving a mix of french/italian/international tastes...very ex and unlikely to compare with triple 3...but the view is breathtaking not to mention u get every angle thanks to the revolving capability..
these two restaurants are based at the Meritus Mandarin Singapore (or simply the mandarin hotel for short)
