Intro me some nice restuarants or cafes serving gd food..

  oh yes and sofra is top for turkish. i have been to many turks resturant but none beats sofra in taste and value. its located at the 2nd floor of shaw towers along beach road. order their salad sampler to share. the eggplant saland is real good. the pide is yum too its like a little boat shape pizza at $7. the doner kebab is only $4.50 and its quite big but you have to order the shish kebab $12. in fact they are all good stuff. nice place not overly fancy but decent enuff for a nice time. bill for two with starter main and tea coffee is abt $50. with change. its the best turkish restuarant i have tried so far and i have been to a few. or have i said tt already?

  Actually Sofra is done up very nicely in Turkish influence. I especially love the area with couches & candlelight - great for drinks and a chitchat. Only Turkish eatery I've been to so can't compare the food, but it's pretty interesting and tasty. Novel experience for first timers.

  As per Bobbyboy, "located at the 2nd floor of shaw towers along beach road." It houses Prince & Jade cinemas if I'm not wrong. Near Bugis / Suntec.

  Swiss Culture Restaurant @ Suntec City Mall. (Level 3 Sky Garden)
  They have set meal ranging from $13.80 for lunch and $14.80 for dinner( wkdays), $15.80 for lunch and $18.80 for dinner (wkend). 3 different main course to choose from wif a soup/salad,dessert and beverage and u get to enjoy a free starter of Golden Wings/Spring rolls or Clams in garlic white wine for every 2 set meals ordered
  They have other specialty like Cheese, Beef and chocolate fondue too! Recommended dishes would be the Swiss Pork sausage, Swiss Cheese mushroom Pasta and Chicken-Zurich wif Rosti Potato. Give it a try, Bros! Value for money!
