Hey pple here..anyone ate at the restraunt called spizza b4? its located at club st..i heard that they juz opened another outlet at holland v
Spizza's pizza is baked in a traditional wooden oven which gives their pizza a woody aroma not found in other pizza. The crust is amazing. the ingredients there are very italian meaning that you dun get loads of rubbish like the american pizza (eg. pizza hut ) decent fresh ingredients used not overly piled up. so you get a nice "light " pizza. simple taste but neverthe less very good. very gourmet. $20 bucks will get a 12 inch if im not wrong.
Another place that 's my all time fav is Sistina at chip bee garden. its a pizzaria started by Michelangelos who also owns Oringinal Sin and Michelangelos along the same stretch. he's australian italian. his pizza are heartier with top notch quality ingerdients. you get your portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, articoke hearts, Prosciutto, scallops...etc. Abt $30 for a 16 inch. Not quite like spizza its heavier cos its australian influenced italian food.
The pasta there is amazing too. try their LINGUINE ZINGARELLA ...Marinated tigers prawns tossed with roasted red capsium, broccoli, Spanish onion, chili, HONEY and Parmesan cheese scented with fresh English parsley. this is good stuff.
I havent been to pizza hut in years. And i refuse to try pasta mania i mean if im going to pay to eat bad pasta i might as well make my own. there is a reason why you have to fork out $30 for a plate of pasta. you 'll know why after you have eaten there or any decent italian. Da Paolo is not too bad for pasta too.

hello..i have tried it..the resturant at club street. The names of the pizzas are very nice...all have womens' names . Italian names heehee. The ingridents of the pizzas are listed out for u to see. and they have some nice salads too. I cannot recall the ones i tried coz i went there like 1/2 yrs ago.
