there is one viet restaurant at meridien.....kinda co-op with the thai foodcourt....its located at the site of the last-time "Kopitiam".....

the one at Sim Lim foodcourt disappeared...
however, tried a lot of them.. none were anywhere near as good as the worst ones in Melbourne

The Viet Noodles at Sim Lim was about the best Viet Stall that serves the soup with NO MSG added.
Unfortunately, the stall was able to offer "bee hoon" and "Kway teow" in beef soup, there is no alternative choice for those who abstain from all things beefy.
The Viet Stall at Junction 8 Food Court serves a variety of very authentic Vietnamese Food, as the lady boss herself is a thoroughbred Vietnamese.
Be prepared for a long wait in a long queue.
