Candlelight dinner...

  Hi everyone! Celerating my gf's birthday this coming October.. thinking of giving her a surprise by bringing her to a candlelight dinner.. or some place with romantic embience.. any recommendations? (budget limit oso.. around 150 for two of us..)

  u want romantic w 150? go for a picnic by the beach. prepare or buy her fav foods. a nice bottle of wine, a few candles. a small radio... she wld appreciate your efforts more.

  hmmm at botanic gardens.. i also cannot remember the name but i think it's more to fine dining type one...

  Just something i'd like to share...jurong hilltop does not serve authentic jap food. But the teppanyakki is nice and affordable if you're not fussy.
  
  Best way to celebrate is to cook her a meal! and prepare the candles yourself! If she's ok with steak, you can always whip up some potatoes, mushroom soup, greek salad etc etc

  There is a restuarant along Bukit Timah road. Not too bad. Something different away from the city. italian. www.casaroma.com.sg You can check out the prices and plan your budget too as they have the menu online.
  
  Or there is one restaurant. I think Italian as well. Just besides han's at marina square. Its at the same level. very nice also. I like small restaurants. Seems more personal. OR pontini! Lovely lovely lovely. Top service. Call Hotel Grand Corpthen next to Zouk. Sorry..he he im a sucker for italian food.
