Heard that the Chongqing Hotpot there is very good. Anyone been there before? Can post some comments?
I am thinking of gg there to have a sumptous dinner.
you see.. after i posted.. noone posted comments under this topic.. is it coz noone try before?
so i was the guinea pig then.. i went to The Chinese Feasts@suntec. It serves chongqing hotpot. the steamboat is divided into half. So half is normal chicken stock, the other half is spicy sichuan mala stock.
they have many many varieties and you can keep ordering, like prawns, tofu, fishballs, quail's eggs, beef, fish maw, sliced fish, beancurd skin, clams, meatballs, fish paste, cuttlefish etc etc etc.. so many things. And the seafood is very fresh. But they come in very small plates, so you have to keep ordering and ordering... but on the overall.. it was quite nice.. to have steamboat in air con area. and the food is really nice. variety is good. it cost $25.90 per pax for dinner. I think it's reasonable. Service is very good too. Very attentive.
