Finger Biting Frustration

  hey...perhaps an isolated experience....need your inputs to see if this is common. Comments welcome.
  
  i went to a KFC outlet, attracted by the BIG JUICY chicken pcs on display. I ordered a 2 pc meal but guess what - they gave me. 2 skinny pcs no more than bone, stale and pale. I asked for a change and the waiter took it inside the kitchen and took out 2 slightly bigger pcs. I am surprised they did not take from the display. You are right if you say no "finger licking good". Yeech.
