Where got GOOD and CHEAP buffet?

  Where? Where? Where?
  I want to bring my papa go eat for his birthday leh. Buffet his favourite. But i a bit short on cash now, hopefully not too exp.

  You can bring him to Chin Huat Seafood... Ask NeonTetra where to find Very very cheap but service ermmmmmmmm.
  
  Or can bring ur daddy go eat Dim Sum.. Ngee Ann City got one restaurant, last time I went there for buffet during lunch, I spent only $14. It's on the level with Dragon Pearl Gate but it's another restaurant... cannot remember the name,.

  Dim sum lunch at china square, the many floor foodcourt topfloor restaurant. Almost every dish has shrimp in it.

  20% discount for ala carte dim sum ordered before 12 pm.

  serangoon garden country club (not sure the name)
  
  at serangoon garden chomp chomp area there
  
  sunday high tea buffet
  
  the prawn and salmon counter is always busy cause both are very fresh
  
  i only go there to whack the salmon and prawn =p
  
  but its only for a short time only
  
  if i am not wrong its 2:45pm - 4:30pm only
