To make really good demi-glaze, I would suggest you do not think abt it because it takes hours and involve ingredients like Beef Bones, Marie Poix, oil etc...... I suggest you go GIANT go buy this brand of Demi-Glaze, KNORR. Its in 1kg tub unfortuantely, dun have smaller ones....but i can tell you, once you taste it, you will know how they get the demi-glaze in restaurants.![]()
