  hmmm ...for $100 per couple, can try Jack's place, certain hotels buffet also offer that...definitely not the high end ones. perhaps you can wait till nearer date, when all the hotels will advertise in the papers ...then you can decide.

  my one advice:
  
  steer clear of orchard road and any major food establishment
