Other than katong? I notice lots of Katong laksa wannabes, even at Buangkok green. Calling themselves katong laksa. Kinda fishy but give them benefit of doubt.
I know one kopitiam at S'goon north(lots of pet stores one) nearest the NTUC. Selling rather nice laksa also. -
Katong laksa is franchising their "soup"...

the one near yishun interchange.. NICE!!! got veri nice dessert and popiah there oso.. i only eat laksa there... extra more hum add 50cents niaz eat till siao. other places i nvr eat..

this one is claypot laksa (non-franchised) and still tastes as good as ever

katong laksa must go katong and try mah...but there's 2 stall there..i normally go to the auntie stall.

i hav tried most katong laksa...they suck.
there is this yong tou fu laksa stall at amk center, the one at the coffeeshop (not the hawker), beside a vcd shop. cheap and good, for just $2.50, u get around 8-9 pieces of yong tou fu. really good. -

another one that's worth mentioning is the laksa at Kopi Tiam cafe of The Swissotel.
