yum yum...one of my favourite singapore hawker centre food....
for me, i particular like the one at Bedok North block 85 market...the market where they have bak-cho mee.....
i think the stall is at the same row as the satay bee hoon stall....

I will like to recommend the Fried Hokkien Mee stall at Bukit Timah Wet Market.The stall is quite prominent due to the long queue during meal time.
I have tried the one at Old Airport Road but still prefer the Bukit Timah Wet Market. The Hokkien Mee at Bukit Timah is not too wet or too dry. The portion is also just enough to make you feel full for a simply $2 a plate. It's very hard to find another place that sell fried Hokkien Mee at such a price and considering that it is very delicious. -
The newly renovated Bukit timah market got lots of new stalls? Have not been there for a long time already.

Bedok Corner near Bedok Camp. Stall facing the camp near "Ye Lai Xiang" which sells cheng ting. Both very nice. But stall opens late afternoon till night. Morning no sell.

I find the one at Whampoa so so only. But better than the typical rest. But cannot under the crowd who queue so long.

Simon Rd, at Kovan MRT, an old kopitiam by the road corner along S'goon Rd.

fried hokkien mee is those type from tze char stall one rite?
if that is the one.. then the best hokkien mee i have ever tasted is from a very old Chinese restaurant called "Bee Hiang restaurant" in PIL Building. It has the most traditional taste.. which we can't find in the present tze char stalls anymore...
i remember when i was a kid.. there was an old old coffeeshop nearby my house.. the coffeeshop no longer exist.. whole block already demolished..
it used to have very good tze char stall with very traditional tze char food...
so the Bee Hiang hokkien mee reminds me of the olden times.. i think i can't get such hokkien mee anywhere else. -
