Unique Cakes

Do you all know of any UNIQUE cakes being sold?
I am thinking of getting it for my mum.....
I saw one TOFU Cake at Orchard the other time....seems interesting....would like to know if any forumites know of other types unqiue cakes......butter and cream cakes getting alittle boring....
Kindly list the place and price if possible....

I am thinking of cakes which have unique ingredients...those which we are not commonly found in most cake shops....
