I only know that Bugis Village has it... but it tastes like it's all flour.
$2 for a small box and it really tastes gross. -

Suan Pan zi is a old Traditional Hakkar (Ke jia) Food. Its is purely made up of flour, but when it was skillfully made and cooked fresh, it will taste very nice and smooth.
I think the food court around NTUC chalet got one stall selling Suan Pan Zi. Quite nice.. can try. -
