The secret to the crispy skin is to poke the skin with many holes & spray vinegar into these " Holes " & oven the skin side in a Big Oven . But, you got to repeat this act many time till it is cripsy . Use 5 spices & lots of salt to marinade it b/4 roasting in in the oven.
