Alcohol Collection

Anyone collects alcohol, wines, spirits..etc?
Was told not to bcos alcohol will spoil after sometime...
never heard abt it...so want to ask around.....
i am aware some folks collect cognac....and the older it gets the better it is.......
as far as i am aware, only baileys has an expiry date.
what abt martini? was told martini will too..... -
i like spirits... they last forever
wine, if not stored well, turns into vinegar.. -
I have those mini-bottles.... but I forgot where I put them all.

i used to collect bottles......like hooch, sub-zero, vK all those....
but taking up too much space......so all donate to dustbin during spring cleaning...... -

Bailey's gotta keep in the fridge, otherwise you'll get whiskey flavoured yakult.
Once ur done with the Bailey's replace it with water, so u can keep the bottle. The bottle so dark anyway, got what inside also leave people guessing. -

i like scotch and bourbon
anyway, just drink the stuff if you get sick of collecting -

u can pick up a drink cocktail book at borders, kino books... kinda informative
