Dissappointed with Long John Silver

I feel that the standards of LJS has gone down tremondously. It's been a year since i've visited it but i don't think i'll be eating at any of its outlets until it improves.
I ordered a 2 piece chicken combo with slaw at the Century Square outlet. I was quite shocked to see that the waffle fries were bigger than the chicken. There was no point in me crucifying the counter assistant, so i just took it.
I wrote in to Asia Pacific Food pte ltd but have yet to receive a reply. It's been more than a week.
Just wanted to share my experience with you guys. I've nothing against LJS. Food's great but my point is you should serve what you display on the boards; at least where size is concerned.
What do you guys think is the best way to get LJS to improve? I've already written in but they've not replied.

i agree..the size of the fish pieces are getting damn small. used to look forward to eating them and loving every bit of it when i was young since it was the only fast-food allowed by my parents.
now...fish so small.
dry
occasionally looks abit burnt..(brownish instead of golden brown)
leaves a acidic sting of an aftertaste.
mind u, i eat fishes like nobody's business...

The service used to be worse. I remembered a few years ago, they'll just automatically upsize the meal for you without request. That was a low blow.

actually i also dunno who to quote. anyway they use the word regular as the medium sized drink because it sort of sounds like it's the average or most common size..then small sounds so...well...nvm

ljs now really sux, their size really getting smaller... used to go now, i dun go le. and its all over singapore one lor, this prob. in fact i dun like kfc and mac any longer, wan quick meal, i go buy breadtalk better.
kfc the 3 in 1 crap really sux, one time in imm, the manager was boasting its feat of managing 3 brands in one shop to a group of jap ppl.. managers i think. i really wanted to go to them and say, look around you, how many of us are eating taco bell or pizza hut food? none.
and mac, wah.. wus the big fuss over one slice of tomato in its burger. like heaven given like dat.
no decent fastfood in sg le, burger king best bt a lil ex.. moss burger 4get it. -

why are you ordering LJS chicken anyway? frozen breast meat not tasty at all. fish much better.

LJS chicken is berry dry... so is the fish. And everything is very salty.
So miserly with the tartare sauce too... only until recently when I went to LJS I received one big dollop of sauce. It used to be "Sorry we only give one pack of sauce per fish serving."
But mookie likes their fries.
