Best Dim Sum Restaurant In orchard area

  Hi All,
  I am looking for a gd dim sum restauarant for my class gathering. The best location will be in orchard area. Can anyone give me any recommendations? Also can anyone tell me whether Xuan Inn Seafood Restaurant is still there? Their tel number is no longer in use and i dun have the time to go down to international building to check it out.

  East Ocean Restaurant at Isetan Scotts...very good...but must make reservation in advance...

  i was abt to quote "Xuan Inn" ....or i thought it was "Xuan Ying" etc etc.. it is at international building behind orchard towers. It shld be the one u are looking for.
  
  I ate the lunch buffet at $14++ ...not bad. That building also got ricetable restaurant.
