  My favourites are:
  1. No Signboard at Oasis (near National Stadium)
  2. East Coast Seafood Centre
  in this order:
  - Chin Wah Heng (1)
  - Red House (2)
  - Jumbo (3)

  Joo Chiat area has one chili crab rest, best in Singapore(some claims).
  
  I guess Seafood rest in Singapore => Place to eat crabs(as a main dish)
