  How do you find those 'Katong Laksa' (basically franchise) that have been sprung out everywhere in Singapore, as compared to the 'original' ones at Katong?

  I still prefer 'Jie Shuang Qiao' Laksa, the one cooked with charcoal & in the coffeeshop near Lavender. Yummy.

  I make do with the laksa at the kopitiam nearest the NTUC at Serangoon North Ave 1.
