ergh...gonna bomb this cafe in the net..no choice..
last week..went to the cafe diagonally opp of heeren is orchard..the 24 hrs 1..
coffee club?argh..dun bother..
had a very bad experience there..reach there at abt 2am..den order..4 drinks in total..den we started to chat..wait & wait..and wait....and WAIT....
den cannot wait anymore..den ask the waiter y haven serve...den he go check...
den we wait and wait and wait..den ask agn..den he go check agn...den we continue wait...
den finally after 30 full bl**dy minutes the drinks came...one by one...and its literally one by one..den they told us..the bar tender din see the order..
3 drinks served..den one of the manager came.."excuse me, we are closing our cashier"den we pay...
and was like WTH...24 hrs cafe..den it goes "we are closing the cashier"...
and when the receipt came..only 3 drinks was on it..they 4got abt my dear fren'z drink..all this happened when there are others who came later and got thier drinks 1st..and mind u..there wasnt allot of customer that day...
ergh....till now still bloated with anger
how can i get even?ergh!!!! -

Not Once, Twice, but Thrice on the SAME DAY at different locations !!!! From Aljunied, to Chong Pang, and Sebawang..... 4D also neber so accruate... -
Couple of weeks ago, I went there with a group of friends after movie in cineleisure... Thought its a nice place to hang out esp after their menu facelift..
service so so.. at least food came after a while (very crowded actually).. Problem came when we asked for the bill.. I noticed tat they took damn long to fetch our bill.. so i told my friends tat they cfm bill someone else wrongly liao, so cannot find our bill.. turns out to be exactly tat way! Quite pissed off when tat happens.. so after some 'discussion' with the manager, we got ourselves a discount!
Might go back still cos the place is quite nice I think... but its shocking tat u mentioned abt the 'cashier closing'... wats up with tat?!! -
how would i know...cashier will close for a 24/7 cafe..

maybe too many bad names..the cafe closing down..so closing cashier to calculate loss..

Try Checkers (is this the right spelling?) behind UOL. It's another 3-5 mins walk...

that sucks. cause i live in the US and restaurants and all are all about customer satisfaction...so down here usually if yo're not satisfied, they will try to compensate and make you happe....unlike singapore, unfortunately....=S to be truthful la, many singaporean waiters and waitresses are frankly quite rude and impatient... MANY AH...NOT ALL...

my guess only..i think cashier change shift...so got to make sure $$ collected otherwise can't balance lah......
kopi club...their service not standardised wan leh..sometimes good, sometimes bad....and the servings of mudpies.....sometimes shrink so much!
