which seasonings r used in mee pok dry?

u noe, for those fishball/minced pork mee pok dry, the hawkers will add some seasonings into the mee pok after scalding it & then toss the noodles in it. which seasoning r those?
i wanted to imitate this at home but i dunno which seasoning to use.

vinegar...
soya sauce (some use the yu lu)
chili
lard
dunno whether got any other "special ingredients"...

i think a mixture of both light and dark...
some stock..
the lard part mentioned by neuros is actually rendered lard... the melt the pork fat until there's just oil... then they use the oil to fry up some shallots and garlic which is added...
also, there's their recipe for chilli.. that, is usually something they keep secret if it is very good...
there's also a touch of sesame seed oil... -
at home when i cook i put vinegar, oyster sauce, a bit of hua diao jiu, fried onion oil
when i feel like having it hot i put black pepper paste -
Can add fish sauce for that additional sour taste...
