Path to Psychology or Sociology

  I'm a Sec 4 student taking my O's in 2 weeks. I'm not very good with math and sciences.

                  1) I'm not very good with math and sciences so I'm thinking of going for a JC arts stream. Could that stream take me to the Psychology/Sociology route? If not, would there be alternative paths?

   

                  2) I'm not so sure about the aspects of Psychology and Sociology scopes of studies. Could you briefly enlighten me on it?
