Dip in Information Management or Information Studies?

  Hi, any students from Dip in Information Management or Information Studies?
  
  I just would like to know what this course is all about and what u learn in this course.
  
  Just interested in this course but do not know anything other than whatever information they give in books or leaflets.

  this course is a mixture of all information sectors, including technology andf management
  
  for the IT side
  u will learn database development, markup languages, website searches, webpage development, systems development
  
  this will be the technology part
  the 2nd part will be more on more boring stuff, like records manaagement, and quite abit will be focused on library stuffs and libray management coz the library is an large information storage agent
  
  this course will be easier than IT and other IT courses but then u have to accept the bloody boring library part

  it is quite an IT related course wif a damn propotion of libray stuffs
  
  anyway, we learn markup languages
  like XML,HTML
  i am onli in yr 2 thus i m not to sure abt yr 3
  but heard they be doing graphics
  
  but i heard the new batches yr 1s will be doing java programming as well
