not sure about facilities.. any idea? -
i think tp design school is not that great anymore like last time. depending on what you like to do, the other institutions are better.
facilities are ok, depending on what you want to do. for digital animation, nyp is better and for video, np is better. for graphic design, nafa is better.
i heard the school might be gg to blk teaching, ie intensive teaching within short period of time. that will jam the resources so no good lah. -

during JAE, my friend and I talk to 1 moving images lecture, male. told my friend 28 pt to apply JPSAE dont know want to earn our $7. so far no news. may be can call them tmr.
what is blk teaching? sound like 0 level? but how short is short. the lecturer tell us no exam and can pass easier. but i dont like him. talk stop talk stop dont know he thinking or looking at us. scary hope he dont teach us.

If after minus CCA pts is 28, definitely won't get in. Confirm one. 20 pts still possible.
Blk teaching means a subj will be taught in intensive way, eg instead of 15 wks, it will be taught in 5 wks. Very siong one lah.
Winning Project Pilot is 1 thing but the course is losing gd lecturers these days so quality will go dn lor. The sch mgt quite notorious these days :-)
I still think NYP is better for animation and NP for video. -

How did he look like? Dodgy lah. No exam but doing projects are not easy either :-) -

blk teaching means you do the same subj for 5 wks continuously everyday. after 5 wks then change another subj. tis blk teaching will only start tis coming sem so none of us experience it yet. i herd gg to be problematic if happened.

I super blur they called me and left message, i return my call and my interview today super rush and got my interview done.
before interview:
luckily not late and waited for awhile in the meeting room. had start mixing with the other students, oso got tips before the interview:... am i working ... why must i be the choosen one... why tp?
my interview:
stress, my next table damd big drawing, me just carry my folder, mine was a couple, the guy friendly, ok and ask alot but i prepared the lady looks tired and ask the "discussed" question, hahaha, simple smoke smoke she just smile smile
overall, i answer all question and think ok really hope i can go in.
the school so quiet, no body, dare not walk around. -

Yah lah, those are standard questions for the interview. The guy is the section head and the lady is the course manager. The SH knows the course well but the CM is new and quite blur one
Nobody around coz the semester is ending and projects submitted. Visit their diploma show if you are interested.

At first i was considering between this Moving Images and the NYP's Digital Media Design.. but i wasn't sure whether i really had passion for these animation and video filming stuff as i heard tt to do these courses, u gotta haf the passion to give u the drive to do the 3yrs course.. i end up choosing TP's Project and Industrial Design. I oso feel that the Moving Images is not really focus on animation stuff as compared to NYP, tt has specialisation in Animation, Game Design & Interactive Media.. in the end NYP's DMD and TP's Moving Images landed in my 3rd and 4th choice.. lol..
my JAE visit was no good too, the moving images old uncle oso blue blur
dont know what he said is correct, my firend 28 pt oso can apply BEST show us the wrong counter for JPSAE, Q for FREE waste time 
i read myself better. my choices TP because is near to where i lived. NYP read about it but far leh,
today interview oso a chinese auntie,
hope the moving images teachers all not uncle auntie, i had enough in secondary.... may be they are oso good, that uncle tell us that he lead his students to win project pilot, not bad man. ok lah old my got brain oso good.

im staying near NYP.. but still chose TP Product and Industrial Design.. coz i heard this school's design very good and very recognized.. got larger pool of students to interact wif as well.. as compared to NYP which only take in 40 ppl for Industrial Design this year.. TP taking in 90.. Hopefully i dun regret getting into the place im gonna be posted to.. -

The dip show is open to public at the end of March 2006. I think it's confirmd at the new national library. Shd b quite stylo lah.im staying near NYP.. but still chose TP Product and Industrial Design.
Hahaha, for product design, NYP and NUS are better than TP these days. TP used to be better coz we were the only 1 but since NYP also joined the crowd, I herd TP standard drop lor.
