TP SERVER SUCKS!

dun u get frustrated when the tp server is down when sch is abt to start and when retrieving the results. even ole site crashes all the time!!!

At least the server now is much better than last time! Wah liew, last time really like shit sia. Forever cannot connect, if can, very VERY slow! Right or not Churra?

but now i dunno how strict they are lah.

nooo... the irc programme is there lar.. but cannot connect to galaxynet servers.

u cannot irc in ITAS becoz they block the ports already... therefore u cannot connect lor... aiya... boring rite?? sianz..
tupid ITAS... so many things cannot do..
and i hate some of the lab tech... beri the attitude problem man...

IRC at skool can be play.PeiYi(this is Ve[R]) -
Try some Random Galaxynet ports, soemtimes they work. Just don't use the normal ones.

Here's an alternative: Remotely access a shell to access IRC... It's kinda a last resort, afterall, IRC using a UNIX SunOS shell isn't that fantastic at all...

for me.. somewhere in Engineering.
My FYP is abt some server stuff..
Get to use a Static IP.. then can host website. Files etc.
Managed to send files to 2 cable modem users.
Both at 1.5Mbps! power..
Also got try some "unofficial" CS server hee.
32 Players with Linux mandrake.. ping on average still 30-40 for cable and ADSL users lor..
So it really depends if the network administrator lor..see how they set.

Hey jus to inform everyone that besides cybercentre, library, there are also other free access labs...
For engineering area, the engineering hall one also has something like cybercentre, all u need is to give the person-in-charge your matricard... as for another free access is blk 19-5...
I think it's quite ok for me till now... so check them out!
As for itas, business, design... i think have their own free access labs too... -
but cannot play games leh.. always got 1 unlce cum and catch.. lasttime "hunk" me say will fine me 40 bucks.. turn out to be a lie.. heng~
