For TP, there are two courses that I'm eyeing, namely Baking & Culinary Science (Science course) and Culinary and Catering Management (a Business course). Can you please share your experiences if you're a student in these courses? I don't know which one I want but I know I want one of them, and I want to apply for DPA, so I need to decide. Please help!
