FAST system....

  Anyone can elaborate on tis ? I onli noe tat if u fail a particular module , haf to retain or sth... not beri sure... lazy to read up too.. hehe..

  fail module means have to re sit e paper...normally quite hard to pass....must work even harder than can....if u fail badly u might have to retake e subject next term whiich means u might not be able to take some subjects n will have to push them back depending on how u arrange ur schedule...retain might mean u have to do ur entire year if it;s e core subject but overall it all means u will graduate later than e class u originally w....

  i ex nyp student but guess e system is similar except some u fail one subject u repeat one subject,others u fail one subject u repeat one whole academic term or year....which suxzz.....

  i hate fast system.. totally sux0rz .. kinda caought between non fast and fast system.. first sem got class... can go lectures with frens.. den suddenly 2nd sem no more classes liao.. go lectures with complete strangers fr other course

  mi also in fast System.. hate it at lst, bt after some time, kinda get used...
  Here r some of the gd point of fast system
  1) u get to know alot of new classmates, especially the opposite sex....hehez
  
  2) well, no attendance is marked for lectures, which mean u can skip lecture lo... as student reserve the right to shift their time slot for lecture..
  
  3) u no longer have a class , n u dun haf to tolerate the same old classmates for 3years.. so go ahead n show ur displeasure..
  
  4) u get to walk around the sch due to ur cds(cross disclipinary subjects).. i always get to go It n engineer sch to attend my cds, so gettin to know pple from other sch... tt's great to have friends all around e sch
  
  5) due to the new system, ur lecturer r more patient toward u as they noe tt it's hard gettin used to the system.
  which mean u can take ur time slowly to buy books n lect notes..
  
  6) u learn of time management n be more independent n improve ur social skill, as sometimes u got to go attend lecturer with complete strangers, do project with diff types of pple..
