there is one car park at amk central next to the KFC! the new one....
veri big and spacious...with a hidden wall to block whatever -thing- u are doing!!! -
there's some car park near changi there...where u will face the airport runway...heard lotsa car go in must switch off light one...maybe u can see some cars there bouncing liao...

Haha. I noe there's this carpark @ a the deserted section of Pasir Ris park. Not many cars park there. Quite dark there. Might b suitable for wateva thingy u gonna do

Palmer Road. Always can see a lot of cars going in at night. That area very dark also.
