Sauce in Chicken Burgers

  can someone tell me what is the white sauce used in Mc Chicken, Zinger and even many neighbourhood chicken burgers? Many counterstaff told me it's not mayonaise.

  Don't know, but there are only 3 types of white sauce I know....
  
  (1) Mayonaisse.
  (2) Tartar sauce.
  (3) Cannot say here.
  
  My guess is that its their own sauce...some secret recipe which they won't say.

  nope, it's not tartar nor mayonaise.
  
  actually it might be some kind of mayonaise, but several staff insisted it's not.

  Actually, I suspect that the staff won't know too.
  
  These fastfood restaurants operate like top-secret facilities like that....the ingredients are all delivered to the outlets in semi-prepared packages. And all the outlet staff do is prepare the final part.

  It is a type of mayonaisse that is specially produced for McDonald's. Don't bother trying to find it off the shelves of supermarkets.
