Crime Alert : Molester
Police would like to contact the man shown in the attached photofit to assist in the investigation of two molest cases involving teenage girls that occurred on 10th and 11th Mar 05 in the Clementi area.
2The first case occurred on 10th Mar 05 at about 8.25pm in Clementi Ave 4. The teenage victim, was walking along a foot path when she was pushed to the ground by the culprit and molested. Police subsequently recovered a ear-ring from the scene. The ear-ring is believed to have come loose from the suspect's right ear.
3 The second case occurred on 11 Mar 05 at about 11.00am at Ulu Pandan Park Connector near to Commonwealth Avenue West. The teenage victim was walking along the path when she was pushed into the nearby bushes and molested.
4Police believe that the two cases have been committed by the same culprit. The suspect is described to be in his 20s, of slim-build and about 1.7m tall. He spots short spiky black hair and wore a earring on his right ear. He also has a tattoo on his left chest and left upper arm. At the time when he committed these 2 offences, he was wearing a pair of blue jeans and a white tee-shirt.
5 We would like to take this opportunity to advise the public to be alert and report anyone behaving suspiciously in the vicinity of Commonwealth Ave West (near to Ulu Pandan Park Connector) and Clementi Avenue 4.
6 Members of public should contact the Police emergency line 999 immediately should they spot the man shown in the photograph. Alternatively, if you have any information on the suspect, please call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000. Your identity will be kept strictly confidential.
