anyone staying on private property using starhub maxonline??

  i heard that the subscription rate for users who stays in private housing is higher than those staying in flats. is it true? if it is, how much more, assuming the house is cabled and not using any other starhub service (max tv, starhub mobile line etc)

  however, dl speed v high i can get constant 720kbps

  I pay 56 bucks on month for the 1500 service. Yeah, I do get good transfers speeds. Maybe coz I got decent neighbours.
