What do you think? Is the lady guilty of greed?

this happened yesterday evening around 7.15 pm. i met my sister and was on our way to her place. we alighted from the bus. this was when she heard a thud and noticed she has dropped her hp. she went back up the bus and saw a lady picking it up.
my sister approached her and said 'thank you. the phone is mine'
the lady retorted 'its mine!'
my sister recognising her pouch and the red strap attached to the hp said again 'it it mine'
the lady then asked my sister for her hp number. my sister told her the number and without ascertaining if the number is correct she returned the hp to my sister. -
She's not guilty of greed, just guilty of stupidity at first degree.
