  as said by the second speaker....They the aliens do not want space based weapons and had been concerned by out hostility towards each other and there's a reasont o beleive that they didnt land on our planet to prove their existence simply because of this....if then we humans will do that space weapon program due to our paranoia of ETs......its no longer an arms race on earth, its an arms race in the intergalaxy....

  Cos a few of them, who claimed they understand alien's thinking, said they are not hostile towards us. And also the fact that, the aliens still did not attack us and we are still standing now. I guess if the aliens are hostile, they would have destroyed us long ago.

  I think the Aliens have nobel intentions afterall they are the more advanced civilisation...the above people in the conference are strongly against a space based weapon program means that there is something out there hidden in the closet for the past 50 years...Who would anyone in their sane mind would want to oppose the programme?....they could just walk away..afterall a nuclear based weapon programme is more dangerous
