  You could download a walkthrough from http://www.gamefaqs.com. However, part of the fun derives from exploring the game by yourself.

  steal car....follow arrow....dont get ureself killed or caught

  usually the map is got one red dot, or green dot, or special dot whatever la, then follow the dot.
  
  and what do u mean steal the car then go where, if it is a mission, see above. if u just steal car for fun, and wanna keep the car, go to your hideout garage and park the car there.
