most software come with few version releases and almost all the time the newer version is backward compatiable with the old ie functionality almost the same.
well you mentioned that it was for lecturers, are they using a pervious version?
then learn a bit of that version and compares it to the new version.
sometimes older version easier to learn. -

I dunno how to use software one
I can do basic stuff with photoshop and flash, but if u want me to say, paint in photoshop, then I dunno how. I can make simple animations in flash, but if u want me to make a movie, then I dunno how. I planning to learn though.
I also totally dunno how to use MatLab, can use a bit of Maple, dunno how to use PSpice. -
