  Come to think of it, I think that the Education Minister who apologised for the JAE.. er ... Balaji is the Health Minister... I think someone wrote to ST forum complaining him for no written response or something... I can't remember... Anyone else got any idea.... Thanks anyway ...

  wasn't it about his controversial comment on gays and aids?
  
  the gay community in singapore took offense with his about gays spreading aids and how this must be curbed.

  Isn't Tharman Shanmugaratnam the Education Minister? And if I'm not wrong, Khaw Boon Wan has the Health portfolio. He was assuring people that VRE is not something worth worrying about.
