I'm going over to Taipei for a month. Just wondering what kind of roaming options do I have before auto-roaming/pay-as-you-roam (GlobalDial 121)? Will the Singtel prepaid worldcard be cheaper or starhub green-paid (roaming) card?
I did an analysis and it seems that the green paid card is easier to control and has a fixed rate of $1.50/min unlike singtel (Local+IDD)... World card is definitely cheaper but have to call from public phones and the access line is not toll free.
Please advise!

It is better to get a sim card here with a new number, There is no charge for incoming calls.
TCC cards have specials,NTD400 you get a new number and use NTD450 value. Also their top up card (You got to look for it) Is NTD300 with a bonus of NTD150/- (SGD1-NTD19.4 approximately)
You go into any TCC shop with your passport and the new number will be activated within 2 hrs or faster.
