Mp3 Player or Discman

  Between Mp3 and Discman.. which one would u choose.. and why?

  Discman, because nowadays discman can play mp3s, but mp3s cannot play discman.

  mp3 can store up to thousands of songs depending on the memory size.No longer need to buy cds.Just download and transfer into ur mp3.
  
  discman can play only a cd at 1 time.Dvd discman altough can play more songs but still much lesser comapared with mp3.
  
  best of all...mp3 save u the trouble of changing cds.
  
  the better choice is obvious.

  If I carry bulky headphones with a discman, it looks logical. If I carry bulky headphones with an mp3 player the size of a thumbdrive, it looks silly.

  I prefer mp3 player for the convenience factor, when at work or travelling. But at home still using huge full sized cd player and amplifier.

  no different.... still needs to pay to get songs... only thing is depent on the size of the player u want it to be..

  Haha, I've done that. And it does feel silly. Ipod shuffle + Grado headphones(with a 3 metre cord somemore). So must use earbuds lar.

  Its actually far more worth it to buy the orginal cd and convert to mp3 yourself. Those online downloads are not cheap at all. For almost the same price you at least get a cd and the linear notes/cover/packaging. I've also found that for the same songs, I get better sound quality converting to MP3 from the orginal cd vs buying the online MP3. So if I really want to download MP3s, I make sure I do so from the illegal free sites.

  mp3 player. takes up less space, lighter & can drag & drop songs i wanna listen & delete those i am sick of.

  for me i prefer to have an mp3.
  Having a mp3 dosen't mean u need to d/l for the site u can convert ur CD to mp3 format and save into ur mp3.
  Is small but the storage of song will make u suprise.
