It is so obvious that your limited selection of Bollywood stars define their good looks by Western standards. And I'm not even sure that half of them are pure Indians anyway. So really, if you want to pursue this line of pointless comparison, do that with the Hollywood stars. The Chinese define themselves by their own culture.
