Good running shoes?

  Heard some friends says it's New balance/brooks/asics that make the best running shoes.

  its not abt brand actually. depends what kind of running u refer to. trainning? cross country running? sprinting? i cant really recommend u what brand to buy. just buy the one that fits your kind of running. those professional shoes are normally abt the same except for design and pricing.

  asics is my fav..cos it's easier to find more running shoes that suit.
  
  other brands may have also but getting an assistant who can provide good guidance and advice helps a lot.

  I think SAF's running shoes are not bad.
