  at least i glad i cleared it....

  I guess the only ones who go regularly are usually peeps above 45 years who suddenly realise the value of health, when they see their partners or friends struck by disease.
  
  Personally i can't be bothered, dun think a checkup will turn up very much for a young, healthy person anyway. I dun even go for dental checkups.. haha..

  u might think u are healthy
  
  young adults often take this for granted
  assume they are healthy bcos they are young
  colds and coughs they think is small case...
  when they are diagnosed with some serious illness like cancer then they freak out...
  many of which can be prevented or suppressed if detected earlier.....
