  Depends... usually is super quiet or super outgoing guys win... super quiet cos generate an interested "Oei, why so quiet?" Super outgoing... too daring liao... no need to explain hor?

  If you're trying to say "nice guys finish last", then this may be closer:
  
  Gd guys = boring --> cnt catch gals' attention
  Bad guys = exciting --> lotsa gals lov

  It took 1 day or even seconds to be bad but in order to be gd..maybe used up all the years oso no avail
